Q. What are your turnaround times for printing projects?

A. The turnaround on print jobs will depend on the product you are ordering as well as any customizations. For our standard turnaround time on print projects please refer to the help turnaround page. For customized designs, your account representative at Signature Press will let you know when to expect turnaround. We work hard to balance the time needed to meet all your requests to the highest standards while taking into account your important business deadlines.

Q. Do you handle marketing materials from digital file to distribution?

A. Yes, we do. In fact, that's one of the big reasons our customers love us. You just need to upload your design for printing, let us know how you want it distributed and then sit back and let us go to work for you.

Q. How long does it take to receive an estimate on printing services?

A. Most of our printing costs for standard products are available online when you select the printing product you are interested in. For custom print work, we will typically quote a price for you the same day. Please let us know if you're in an extreme rush and we can make sure to get right back to you after collecting the information we need in order to determine the cost.

Q. What delivery options are available for my printed materials?

A. There are several choices for delivery of your printed business cards, letterhead, brochures, etc., to ensure you receive them quickly and safely. Please refer to the standard ground delivery page for standard ground shipping. You will be prompted for selection during the online ordering process or you may call a Signature Press representative at (801) 295-7009 to learn more.

Q. What if I want to have posters (or another product) printed?

A. While we offer many of our standard printing products online, we also offer printing for many products not currently listed. This includes posters, flyers, signage, product packaging and more. Please contact us to discuss your printing project and we will walk you through everything you need to know. Call a Signature Press representative at (801) 295-7009 and ask for custom project information.

Q. What kind of digital files can you print from?

A. We prefer flattened PDFs, but we can work with a variety of standard publishing formats. All major publishing software can be handled (and some minor ones as well). These include Quark Xpress, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe InDesign, Macromedia Freehand, MS Publisher, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Corel Draw.

Q. Can I have my print piece laminated?

A. Certainly. We offer lamination in our finishing department and can provide this for you.

Q. What is a proof?

A. A proof is used to let you review and approve a print design job. It is essentially the finished design shown in the final size complete with any of your prior feedback. When we provide you with a proof, you'll need to examine it carefully and then give us your approval to proceed with printing.
