Open Positions - Sales Representatives
Signature Press is currently seeking a full time Outside Sales Rep. This is a great opportunity for a salesperson with experience in the printing industry or a CSR who is ready to make the move into outside sales.
Responsibilities
Contacting targeted companies to generate leads, qualify prospects, follow up on leads. Visit prospects to turn them into clients, turn new clients into repeat clients, and identifying new prospects, markets and opportunities via cold-calling, prospecting, networking, email and/or other successful sources.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years of printing industry experience and/or 2 years outside printing sales experience
- Understand the meaning of excellent customer service
- Self-motivated to win new business—no excuses
- Must have a professional business demeanor and appearance
- Should have the discipline and motivation to work independently
- Must work well with people at all levels
- Should have perseverance and excellent people skills
- Must be a good listener/communicator to ensure clients’ needs are met
- A great attitude is essential
Experience
At least two years of outside printing sales, client service or inside sales experience. Must be proficient at working with prospects/clients over the phone and via email. Should have basic computer skills on a Windows or Mac platform. Experience with PrintSmith is a plus.
